I grew up knowing that getting the right opportunity could change everything. So when I started working in Talent Acquisition and saw firsthand how many qualified students were being overlooked, not because they weren't good enough but because their resume or LinkedIn wasn't telling their story right, I knew I had to do something about it.I started DayLee Careers because I wanted to be the person I wished existed when I was navigating my own career journey.
